Who we are
InstaRoomBookings is a product of EMPMachines LLC, an independent software company. We built the platform because we kept running into the same problem ourselves — needing a space for a few hours and having no easy way to find, book, and pay for one.
We're a small team, currently based in the United States, focused on making booking a space as simple as booking a table at a restaurant. If you have ideas for making it better, we'd love to hear from you.
Business identity
InstaRoomBookings is operated by EMPMachines LLC, a single-member limited liability company. Edgar Perez is the sole member of EMPMachines LLC.
Because EMPMachines LLC is a single-member LLC, the IRS treats it as a disregarded entity for federal tax purposes, so our business profile with certain service providers (including our messaging carrier) is registered under the sole member's personal name. "Edgar Perez", "EMPMachines LLC", and "InstaRoomBookings" refer to the same operating business.
